Professional Career & Project Assessment for Composers, Performing Artists, Producers, and Early-Stage Organizations

YULIA PETRACHUK

Independent, producer-level assessment of your work, professional materials, career strategy, and artist visa petition package — with clear next steps.

I’m Yulia Petrachuk — an operatic soprano, nonprofit founder, and producer of two internationally acclaimed festivals in opera and contemporary music. I lead international projects that bring new and underperformed works to the stage, collaborating with composers, performers, and venues across multiple countries.

I have extensive experience building projects from the ground up — working with limited budgets while maintaining high artistic and production standards, and navigating grant-funded, independent, and self-funded models.

My perspective combines artist-level detail with producer-level reality — what works in theory vs. what works in production.

Independent assessment delivered as a private recorded walkthrough (screen share) with written action points.

Suitable for artists, nonprofits, and early-stage projects, including grant-focused strategy, materials review, and artist visa petition package review.

This is not coaching

It’s a structured audit based on real-world experience in performance, production, and project development.

Best for clients who want direct feedback and are ready to implement changes.

Who this is for

This service is designed for:

  • Composers preparing to pitch a piece or opera, apply for opportunities, or plan a premiere
  • Singers and instrumentalists refining their positioning, repertoire strategy, online presence, and professional materials
  • Independent producers and creators building projects without institutional support, or preparing grant applications and partnership outreach
  • Artists preparing P-3, O-1, or EB-1 petition packages who want a professional review of their materials (non-legal, evidence-focused)

This format is direct and practical. If you want clarity and next steps, it’s a great fit.

How it works

  1. Select one of the three Professional Career Audit options below and purchase.
  2. Submit your links and materials using the form below, or email them directly to yulia@lyricaclassic.org. (website, CV, recordings, scores, project description, goals)
  3. I review everything and record your private video audit
  4. You receive the video link + key bullet-point action steps

Everything is asynchronous — no calls required.

Visa support is available only by review and invitation; I take a very limited number of cases per year.

What you receive

  • A private video walkthrough (recorded screen share) reviewing your materials
  • Clear notes on what may be holding you back — and what to improve first
  • Actionable recommendations (what to change now vs. later)
  • A short written summary of key points
  • A brief follow-up exchange in writing for clarifying questions (included in Levels 2, 3 and 4 only)

FAQ

Do we need a Zoom call?

No. The process is designed to be fully asynchronous.

Will you be “nice” or honest?

Honest, respectful, and specific.

Who owns my materials?

You do. Everything you share is treated as confidential and used only for your assessment.

How soon will I receive the audit?

Levels 1 and 2 are usually delivered within 7 days. Levels 3 and 4 typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on scope and availability.

What language must the materials be in?

I can work in English, Russian, and Italian. For any other language, I will need an English translation (you may provide one, or I can use a translator when appropriate).

What I don’t do

  • Ongoing coaching or weekly mentorship
  • Guarantees of outcomes (bookings, funding, acceptance, etc.)
  • Writing or rewriting your full materials for you (CV/website/grants/petitions) — instead, I provide clear direction on what to change
  • Zoom calls, unless we are working together on a producing project

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my Terms & Disclaimers.

If you are preparing a P-3, O-1, or EB-1A petition and want an experienced outside perspective, I offer a readiness review of your materials.

This is not legal representation, and I’m not an attorney.

I do not file petitions or write legal arguments. I review what you already have and tell you what needs strengthening.

What I don’t do in the scope of this review

  • I do not complete forms, file petitions, or communicate with USCIS
  • I do not guarantee outcomes

Requires from you

Email your materials and a brief cover letter introducing:

  • who you are
  • what you’re applying for (P-3 / O-1 / EB-1)
  • your goals and timeline

If you already know you may want full petition preparation (including petitioner support), please mention it in your email — you can also decide later.

FAQ

Can you be my petitioner/visa sponsor?

Yes — in selected cases only. I can serve as the petitioner through my organization only when there is a clear collaboration opportunity (performance/production/project work). Sponsorship is not offered as a standalone service.

Can you prepare and file my P-3, O-1, or EB-1 case?

Yes — for selected cases tied to collaboration. I can prepare a complete petition package, including organizing evidence, building the case narrative, drafting support letters, and assembling the filing materials.

Do you have experience with artist visas?

Yes. I have supported 10 successful P-3 cases and one approved green card case.

Important

The listed price covers the Visa Petition Review only.

Additional visa support — such as serving as a petitioner and/or preparing the full petition package — is available only after you first order a Visa Petition Review. After the review, I will confirm whether I can take the case further.

If I accept the case, the fee for petition preparation and involvement will be quoted separately and will depend on the scope and level of involvement.
